Returns
We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging included.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Important: Include a copy of your packing list with the shipment to help us process your return efficiently.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or customized orders are not eligible for return.
- Returns for items damaged due to misuse are not accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
- If you need an exchange, contact us at info@beikandmoll.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@beikandmoll.com with photos of the damage and your order details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
